2. No Affiliation with Microsoft
Agentowr is an independent third-party tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected with Microsoft Corporation. Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft Power Platform, and Microsoft Entra ID are trademarks of Microsoft Corporation. Any use of those names is for descriptive purposes only.
3. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Agentowr and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, loss of business, or service interruptions — arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
4. Agent Evaluation Results
Evaluation results, pass/fail outcomes, and conversation metrics produced by Agentowr are informational only. They do not constitute a guarantee that your Copilot Studio agents will behave correctly in all production scenarios. You are solely responsible for validating your agents and any decisions made based on evaluation data.
5. Third-Party APIs and Services
Agentowr connects to third-party APIs including Microsoft Power Platform and Dataverse. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or behavior of those external services, nor for any changes Microsoft makes to its APIs that may affect the functionality of this platform.
6. Your Data and Permissions
By granting admin consent and connecting your Microsoft Entra ID tenant, you take responsibility for ensuring that your organization is authorized to use this platform and that the permissions granted comply with your organization’s policies. Agentowr is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from misconfigured permissions within your tenant.
7. Changes to the Platform
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Agentowr at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.
